Aiming for an unprecedented third successive title, VfL Wolfsburg could meet Frauen Bundesliga rivals 1. FFC Frankfurt in the UEFA Women's Champions League final in Berlin after the quarter-final draw kept the two German sides apart.
FC Rosengård could also play Linköpings FC in an all-Swedish decider next year after Sweden's two representatives were drawn against Wolfsburg and Brøndby IF respectively.
There have been no one-nation finals in this competition since Frankfurt beat 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam over two legs in the 2005/06 UEFA Women's Cup decider, though encouragingly for the German sides, the last seven deciders have featured a German club.
